The Manager of Event Services is responsible for the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events that support the University Advancement mission, including fundraising, donor cultivation, stewardship, and alumni engagement. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional event experiences that strengthen relationships with donors, prospects, alumni, and key stakeholders while elevating the institution’s brand and visibility. This is an on site position. Reporting to Advancement leadership, the Manager oversees all aspects of event operations from concept development through post-event evaluation while managing budgets, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. The position works closely with Development Officers, Alumni Relations and Advancement Services to design events that advance donor strategies and enhance engagement across the giving pipeline. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. The Manager of Event Services plays a critical role in ensuring seamless execution, fostering strong internal and external partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of fundraising and engagement initiatives within University Advancement.
