About The Position

The Manager, Events & Experiences exists to build the Andersen brand and drive demand by creating integrated, high-impact experiences across showrooms, tradeshows, and employee and customer events. This role connects human, physical, and digital touchpoints to deliver a compelling, seamless experience aligned with business and sales strategies, strengthening brand loyalty and generating business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business with a marketing, communications, business, event management or related field.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in experiential marketing and/or event strategy and planning.
  • Proven experience managing showroom programs or physical brand experiences.
  • Strong organization and project management skills with tolerance for ambiguity and ability to remail calm under pressure.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with digital experience integration, event technology platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Skilled in cross-functional partnerships with marketing, sales, executive leadership and support functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to executives, with marketing peers, and external audiences.
  • Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead events and experiences strategy to ensure all experiences--physical, digital, and human--are aligned with Andersen's brand and business objectives.
  • Manage showroom program development and execution to scale dealer and corporate showrooms effectively, convey Andersen's unique value proposition, and create immersive environments that engage customers and drive demand.
  • Oversee the event planning and execution of Andersen Experiences to ensure all visits (tours, meetings, relationship building events) deliver on-brand experiences that strengthen relationships and support sales and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee planning and execution of major trade shows, customer and strategic employee events that deliver on-brand, high-impact events that align with business priorities through flawless planning and execution.
  • Oversee management of brand merchandise program and employee shopping experience to reinforce brand identity and deliver a high-value experience for employees and customers through curated merchandise and efficient program management.
  • Establish performance metrics and reporting to measure ROI, optimize experiences, and demonstrate impact on brand building and demand generation.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost effective execution and maintain quality standards across all events, showrooms, and merchandise programs.
  • Collaborate across the enterprise to align and elevate events by partnering with sales, marketing, and executive teams to ensure events meet strategic objectives, while working with finance, legal, HR and other critical support functions to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
