The Manager, Camps & Public Experiences is responsible for the development and implementation of team vision, goals, and strategies aimed at providing the highest quality guest experience in programs offered through camps, classes, workshops, sleepover events, adult programs, and other public programs. Duties include managing program delivery staff and coordinating facility resources with other Museum departments and divisions. Duties will include working on weekends and evenings when programs are scheduled. Manager, Camps & Public Experiences is a creative, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and budget-conscious leader with experience in developing and managing educational programs or public events. The successful applicant will be adaptable, resilient, insightful, innovative, and relationship-driven with a desire to seek new business opportunities for the department and seek out internal and external partnerships.
