About The Position

Managers, ERP Systems for various and unanticipated worksites (HQ: Chicago, IL). Responsible for management and optimization of the Northwestern Medicine ERP systems. Consults and works directly with business units to determine ERP requirements and optimization needs. Leads to help resolve ERP System and operating issues. Leads to establish a team that installs and integrates ERP software and apps, develops training and support for end users, and designs user-friendly interfaces and functionalities. Monitor, measure, and report customer service levels against agreed upon performance standards. Establish, maintain, improve a Service Line for ERP. Direct the execution of the projects to support the achievement of successful, on-time and on-budget delivery of IT commitments. Manage resource agility/versatility for all direct reports and assist with progression of employee career paths. Manage vendor relationships, including collaboration with technical vendors to address roadmaps and technical issues. Manage operating and capital budgets. Tech: Supporting on-prem PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Payroll, PeopleSoft Benefits; Clickboarding; SmartRecruiter; Cornerstone; PS WebSolutions; Phire; Perceptive Content; UKG; Microsoft Dynamics; ServiceNow for incident management; Azure DevOps for Agile project management; determining PeopleSoft requirements and optimization for Cloud Computing and SaaS solutions; Supports the delivery of work leveraging Agile, Scrum, and / or Kanban.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Technology field or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience in information systems required.
  • 5 years with: functional and technical healthcare experience supporting on-prem PeopleSoft HCM, PeopleSoft Payroll, PeopleSoft Benefits.
  • 2 years with: Clickboarding, SmartRecruiter, Cornerstone, PS WebSolutions, Phire, Perceptive Content, UKG, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow for incident management, Azure DevOps for Agile project management.
  • Experience must include:determining PeopleSoft requirements and optimization for Cloud Computing and SaaS solutions; Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban; establishing a Service Line in a healthcare setting; collaboration with technical vendors to address roadmaps and technical issues.
  • Hybrid schedule, within commutable distance to NMHC facility/Chicago area office. Must live in state where NM is registered to do business.
  • $139,235/yr- $193,003/yr.
