About The Position

The ERP Program Manager is responsible for managing and executing the multi-year migration of all Platform businesses onto a single Epicor Cloud ERP model. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this role serves as the program’s primary project manager, product owner, and cross-functional leader, overseeing process alignment, system configuration, data modeling, integrations, and business readiness. Following implementation, this role becomes the ongoing Product Owner for the ERP platform, driving continuous improvement, adoption, enhancements, and alignment across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading ERP implementations or large-scale enterprise system rollouts.
  • 3+ years of leadership, project management, or program management experience in a complex, multi-entity environment.
  • Deep understanding of ERP modules across Finance, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, Order Management, and Procurement.
  • Experience with cloud ERP deployments, data migration, integrations, and interface design.
  • Strong process mapping, process standardization, and business architecture skills.
  • Knowledge of MDM, data governance, and enterprise integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, hybrid PMO methodologies, and project delivery tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and large-scale change.
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with executives, business leaders, and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct Epicor experience strongly preferred; experience with other ERPs (SAP, Oracle, D365, NetSuite, Infor) will be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Program & Project Leadership Lead the planning, execution, and management of the multi-year Epicor Cloud ERP deployment across all business units.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and Epicor’s professional services and consulting partners.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional internal project team including Business Analysts, Integration Specialists, Data Modelers, and Change Management partners.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, risk logs, RAID items, mitigation strategies, and executive updates.
  • Ensure alignment to a centralized, standardized ERP model across processes, interfaces, master data, and reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate efforts across SME teams in Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Inventory, Customer Service, and other functional groups within each subsidiary.
  • Facilitate business process workshops, requirements gathering, and future-state mapping sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Steering Committee to drive decisions, escalate issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Technical & Functional Oversight Oversee ERP configuration, integrations, data migration planning, and validation efforts in partnership with the internal technical team and vendor resources.
  • Ensure interface alignment with peripheral systems (PLM, WMS, eCommerce, reporting tools, etc.).
  • Drive the development of the unified master data model and consistent data governance practices.
  • Ensure all configurations support standardization and enforce future-state process alignment.
  • Change Management & Training Partner with Change Management and Training teams to deliver communications, user training, process documentation, and business readiness activities across all entities.
  • Enable consistent adoption of ERP standards across all business units.
  • Post-Go-Live Product Ownership Serve as the ongoing ERP Product Owner after implementation.
  • Manage enhancement requests, roadmap planning, release prioritization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support subsidiary leadership and end users through governance, process updates, and system optimization.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, contract reviews, licensing, and support escalations.
