JOB SUMMARY The Manager Enterprise Platform Operations is responsible for driving execution discipline, initiative tracking, and strategic alignment across Enterprise Platform & Operations (EPO). This role ensures enterprise initiatives are clearly defined, sequenced, monitored, and delivered with operational rigor. The Manager plays a critical role in maintaining visibility into active and planned initiatives, supporting change management efforts, and advancing high-priority strategic programs. This position partners closely with EPO leadership, cross-functional teams, and field stakeholders to ensure initiatives move from concept through execution with clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes. This role serves as a connective layer between strategy and execution—bringing structure, transparency, and follow-through to enterprise operational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–8+ years of experience in operations, program management, strategic initiatives, or business operations.
  • Strong project management and initiative tracking capability; experience building dashboards and reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional strategic initiatives in distributed organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational discipline.
  • Ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving operational environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with operational technology environments (e.g., Salesforce, Yardi, Palantir, or similar platforms) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Initiative Tracking & Execution Discipline: Own centralized tracking of EPO initiatives, ensuring clear documentation of scope, timelines, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Maintain visibility into initiative sequencing and capacity planning to support informed prioritization decisions.
  • Develop and manage dashboards, status reports, and executive-ready updates to ensure leadership has clear insight into progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Monitor milestone completion and proactively escalate risks, dependencies, blockers, and resource constraints to EPO leadership.
  • Partner with initiative owners to reinforce accountability and execution follow-through.
  • Support operating cadence routines, including leadership reviews, initiative updates, and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Ensure handoffs, dependencies, and decision points are clearly defined and managed by EPO leadership and / or initiative stakeholders
  • Strategic Initiative Support: Support planning and execution of high-impact enterprise strategic initiatives across Maintenance, Construction, Supply Chain, and related functions.
  • Translate high-level strategic priorities into structured execution plans with defined deliverables and timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to ensure alignment across EPO, Technology, Property Management, Customer Operations, and other central teams.
  • Drive task ownership, sequencing, and follow-through across cross-functional partners
  • Assist in preparing materials for executive reviews, strategic planning sessions, and roadmap discussions.
  • Participate in functional roadmap development and strategic sequencing discussions.
  • Proactively identify execution gaps, blockers, or resourcing constraints and propose solutions
  • Support change management efforts by ensuring teams understand what is changing and why
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison across Enterprise Platform & Operations, ensuring alignment of priorities and clarity of ownership.
  • Facilitate working sessions to resolve interdependencies across initiatives and teams.
  • Promote disciplined documentation practices and standardized tracking methods across the function.
  • Contribute to building scalable operational processes that support long-term growth and enterprise standardization.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of change management strategies to support new initiatives and technology adoption.
  • Focus on people-focused aspects of change, including training, engagement, and enablement, to drive successful adoption and execution across teams.
  • Act as a change advocate, fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation within the EPO organization.
