JOB SUMMARY The Enterprise Platform Operations Success Partner supports the Enterprise Platform Operations function—including the Construction, Maintenance and Supply Chain teams—by driving the successful adoption of new initiatives and technology advancements. This role focuses on the people, training, and enablement aspects of change management to ensure smooth transitions and operational consistency. The individual will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and deploying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to promote efficiency and alignment across the function.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in change management, operations, or a related area.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption or organizational change projects.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational documentation, or process training materials.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • High degree of accountability and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

  • Execute change management activities that support new initiatives and technology adoption.
  • Design and implement people-focused aspects of change, including training, engagement, and enablement, to encourage adoption across teams.
  • Conduct communication efforts that ensure team members understand, adopt, and sustain operational and technology changes.
  • Monitor feedback and adoption metrics to identify improvement opportunities, recommend process enhancements, and provide insights that inform leadership decision-making.
  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs to standardize operational processes and promote consistency across teams.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Platform Operations team members and cross-functional partners to ensure SOPs support organizational goals and customer experience.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for SOP adoption, guiding teams in applying standardized practices.
  • Contribute to fostering a culture of adaptability and innovation within the Enterprise Platform Operations function.
