The Manager of Enterprise Intelligent Automation will lead Enterprise Intelligent Automation (EIA) capability responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI-enabled automation solutions across the organization. This role oversees the development of automation strategies, governance, and delivery of intelligent solutions that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. The Manager partners closely with business and technology leaders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions using modern AI and automation platforms. Lead the Enterprise Intelligent Automation team responsible for strategizing, designing, developing, and supporting AI-enabled automation solutions across enterprise business functions, supporting internal operations and back-office processes. Define and execute the enterprise intelligent automation strategy to support internal business operations, including adoption of generative AI, robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation, and decision automation platforms. Identify high-value automation opportunities across business processes and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, scalability, and return on investment. Design and oversee the development of intelligent automation solutions leveraging technologies such as OpenAI, Claude, Decision Process Maker platforms, UiPath, Python, and Microsoft Power Automate. Establish automation architecture, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure secure, scalable, and sustainable automation solutions. Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, solution design, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and enterprise architects to integrate automation capabilities into enterprise platforms and operational workflows. Implement AI-enabled solutions, including intelligent agents, generative AI workflows, process automation, and decision-support systems. Collaborate with the Information Security team to develop and maintain governance for automation platforms, including security standards, compliance, usage policies, and best practices. Develop and maintain automation pipelines, reusable components, and automation frameworks to accelerate delivery. Monitor automation performance and develop metrics to track operational improvements such as cycle time reduction, error reduction, and productivity gains. Build and lead a high-performing automation team including automation engineers, solution developers, and analysts. Drive organizational adoption and culture around intelligent automation through training, enablement, and collaboration, promoting AI innovation and learning across the organization, including partnership with employee resource groups Maintain awareness of emerging AI and automation technologies and evaluate new capabilities that enhance enterprise automation strategy. Perform other duties that support the overall objective of the position.
