Enterprise Indirect Sourcing (EIS) team translates business needs into supply solutions that improve the quality of service. Indirects will partner with key SES and enabling functions to seamlessly execute and mitigate risk. This role will be a key member of EIS. This role will drive team performance management and reporting, growth enablement, and communications. EIS manages $9B spend, Policy, Compliance, ESG, and Supplier Risk Management. This person will lead EIS management system framework to ensure track and enable critical team value delivery. In addition this person will ensure consistent and effective supplier performance management across Enteprise Indirects. Lastly this person will lead key aspects of team culture, growth, and communication within the team and with key stakeholders.
