About The Position

Job Summary: The Manager, Enterprise Accreditation is responsible for overseeing staff for aspects of accreditation and assisting in prioritizing workload of all assignments and productivity outcomes. Essential Functions: Responsible for managing the enterprise wide accreditation Evaluates and escalates the organizations risk areas related to accreditation requirements to the Director of Accreditation and Clinical Monitoring Oversees development and implementation of action plans with enterprise-wide business owners to mitigate risks Oversees accreditation reporting Oversees accreditation folder structure and workplan Creates structures to support an accreditation state of readiness Develops reports related to accreditation Ensures a state of enterprise-wide accreditation readiness Oversees master schedule or documents for accreditation standard(s) Manages collection and prepping of accreditation documented process, reports, and materials Coordinates accreditation submission Coordinates accreditation onsite Corresponds with NCQA and consultants as necessary Participates in applicable committees Maintain familiarity with accreditation standards and communicate those changes to leadership Continuously pursues and identifies best practices as well as opportunities for improvement Oversees SharePoint site for Accreditation documents Oversees process ensuring master document naming conventions and document version control are consistent and accurate Manages review of communication materials related to accreditation Manages Quality Improvement Activities related to accreditation Oversees management of key project initiatives including the development of detail work plans, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring/summarizing project progress Perform any other job duties as requested Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required A minimum of three (3) years of experience in and Accreditation, Quality Improvement, or Project Management role is required Prior leadership experience is required Managed Care experience is preferred Competencies, Knowledge and Skills: Intermediate in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word Intermediate skill level with SharePoint PowerPoint and Visio preferred Knowledge of state requirements related to Health Services Quality Monitoring Program & Accreditation Communication skills Management/ Leadership skills and experience Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strict attention to detail Familiarity of the healthcare field Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare Critical listening and thinking skills Training/teaching skills Proper grammar usage Ability to coordinate complex projects and multiple meetings Time management skills Proper phone etiquette Customer service oriented Decision making/problem solving skills Analytical and organizational skills Licensure and Certification: Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice or equivalent medical experience is preferred Working Conditions: General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time May be required to travel – estimated at 5% Compensation Range: $83,000.00 - $132,800.00 CareSource takes into consideration a combination of a candidate’s education, training, and experience as well as the position’s scope and complexity, the discretion and latitude required for the role, and other external and internal data when establishing a salary level. In addition to base compensation, you may qualify for a bonus tied to company and individual performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required
