About The Position

Lead a software development team by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture. Oversee the planning, prioritization, and execution of key engineering projects, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business needs and technical requirements. Provide technical leadership to help shape the architecture, design, and implementation of software systems that adhere to engineering best practices, including code quality, automation testing, and documentation. Continuously assess and improve engineering processes from development workflows to deployment pipelines. Work closely with solution managers, designers, and other engineering leaders to define project requirements in alignment with business goals and address any blockers or technical challenges. Set clear goals for team members, conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skill development and career growth. Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes. Perform other job duties as assigned.
