This team plays a critical role in supporting global markets and internal mission through live restaurant simulations. We provide end-to-end technology services that enable markets to test and validate various restaurant scenarios, including operational workflows, restaurant equipment, new operational features, and market-specific menu integrations.Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional work experience
  • 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager
  • Strong customer service focus and collaborator leadership skills
  • Validated ability to manage projects end-to-end
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage proactively with partners
  • Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Passion for crafting innovative solutions to address business challenges
  • Experience serving as a critical resource on project teams
  • Understanding of business risk and the financial impact of technical decisions
  • Results-driven with a bias for action; able to influence and implement through formal and informal channels
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop actionable plans quickly

Nice To Haves

  • McDonald's business or restaurant experience preferred
  • Experience in field testing and/or technology deployment
  • Familiarity with McDonald’s POS, Kiosk, MOP, Sesame, RFM, McDOG and other restaurant technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business and operational requirements to resolve appropriate technology solutions and configurations.
  • Handle collaborator relationships through effective teamwork and communication.
  • Foster internal team development, including upskilling and resource management.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to improve team efficiency.
  • Ensure cross-training of team members to build a resilient and versatile workforce.
  • Assist the team in setting up and configuring test restaurants.
  • Develop and maintain a quarterly roadmap outlining key initiatives such as POS adoption, hardware maintenance, and asset management.
  • Supervise the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation, including technology solutions, tools, processes, and standard operating procedures.
