About The Position
The Substation and Transmission Line Interconnection Engineering department is responsible for managing all customer interconnection requests on the transmission system. This includes conducting studies and executing the necessary work to connect customers to the grid. The position oversees teams of engineers and manages interconnection studies and projects throughout the service territory, partnering with clients and Asset Strategy to identify projects and generate the scope of work. The role also involves overseeing design engineering groups that prepare instructions for equipment installation.
