This role is responsible for delivering technical training to staff on facilities maintenance systems, including HVAC, boilers, steam, and fire safety equipment. It also involves conducting facility condition assessments, coaching team members, and supporting recruiting strategies for skilled trades. The position requires strong technical expertise, safety compliance, and the ability to develop and implement training programs to enhance operational efficiency. Provides training to hourly and salaried personnel in all areas affecting facilities maintenance operation. Some of these areas include but aren’t limited to comfort cooling equipment (AHUs, RTUs, central plant systems), boilers, steam, FA & Sprinkler systems, soldering, and brazing. Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety-conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures. Facilities Recruiting Strategy: Assist recruiters with screening skilled trades personnel in order to determine if their qualifications and knowledge are in line with the hiring manager.
