About The Position
The position involves conducting reliability and failure mode analysis for truck mechanical systems, components, and sub-systems. The candidate will develop and execute test plans to evaluate the durability, performance, and lifecycle of chassis components. Utilizing Excel and other tools, the individual will track, analyze, and visualize test data, perform data analysis of test results and field failure data to identify areas for improvement, and use statistical methods to predict product performance and lifespan, creating reliability models. Additionally, the role includes evaluating warranty life and assisting the business team in evaluating warranty life and AMC costs based on reliability data.
