The position involves conducting reliability and failure mode analysis for truck electrical and electronic (E&E) systems, components, and sub-systems. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing test plans to evaluate the durability, performance, and lifecycle of E&E components. This role requires utilizing Excel and other tools to track, analyze, and visualize test data, as well as performing data analysis of test results and field failure data to identify areas for improvement. The candidate will also use statistical methods to predict product performance and lifespan, creating reliability models, and evaluating warranty life to assist the business team in assessing warranty life and AMC costs based on reliability data.
