About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic marketing team at REVELxp as a Manager, Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly in email writing and Klaviyo with experience working at a marketing agency or a related field.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in email marketing and content creation, preferably in a marketing agency or similar setting
  • 3+ years experience with Klaviyo
  • Deep understanding of API connections within Klaviyo—flows, campaigns, segment/list creation and management
  • Proficiency in other industry marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and content management systems
  • Experience working with multiple sales teams in multiple verticals—ability to work in a fast-paced sports environment
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous email marketing campaigns designed to drive conversions and generate leads
  • Email design proficiency and graphics best practices
  • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Understanding of reporting dashboards and ability to report on KPI’s and analytics
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing engaging content
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills

  • Design and agency experience strongly preferred (design work will be required)

Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention for REVELxp brands and 60+ properties
  • Manage email software Klaviyo and its connection into NetSuite ERP
  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis
  • Develop and implement drip email campaigns to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel
  • Track and analyze the performance of drip campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal results
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement strategies to enhance email deliverability and engagement
