About The Position

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to partner with business units in developing cutting-edge e-commerce solutions that enhance our competitive advantage. This role involves directing the implementation of e-commerce services and managing daily e-commerce activities and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of IT work experience, including managing teams responsible for web/internet, database applications, and data warehousing functions.
• Professional experience and knowledge in net-centric computing architectures and technologies.
• Strong project management expertise.
• Middle-level management experience in the e-commerce function, working under the general direction of senior management.
• Operational knowledge of e-commerce technologies and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative solutions using e-commerce technology to enhance competitive advantage.
• Direct the implementation of e-commerce services across the enterprise or specific business units.
• Manage daily e-commerce activities, ensuring efficient operations and alignment with business goals.
• Mentor and manage supervisors, project leaders, and technical staff in e-commerce functions.
• Lead multiple complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert.
• Possess a strong operational knowledge of key business processes and the technologies required for their operation.
• Report regularly to an E-Business Executive or Director of Electronic Commerce.
