About The Position

Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesCommodity: E&E1. Will be responsible for resolving field concerns2. Will be responsible for resolving internal concerns3. Data analysis4. Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectivity of actions5. Reduction in field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets6. Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management7. Carry out joint investigations in field to arrive at root cause8. Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns 9. Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns 10. Estabish root cause for agreegate replacements in field & reduction in same.11. Implementing, improving & maintaining DWM in department.12. Initiating & implementing projects for improving engine reliability & durability.Preferred IndustriesEducation QualificationBachelor of Engineering - Electrical / ElectronicsGeneral ExperienceBE - 3 ~ 6 Yrs.    General Competencies  1. Conversant with shinin DOE technique, preparation of Fault Tree for  Analysis,Ishikawa diagram, statistical tools4.  Knowledge of Basic 7 QC & Advance QC Tools. 5. Understanding of engineering drawings, process flow diagrams, control plans etc.6. Hands on experience of handling measuring euipments like Oscilloscope , data loggers , CAN tools etc.7. Good understanding of drawings, GD & T symbols, knowledge of fits & surface finish symbols.8. Good at data management & interpretation of data to draw meaningful conclusions9 Willing to work with own hands10 Willing to travel across country at short notice for joint investigations11.
