About The Position

The Manager of Electrical Engineering Services at IGT is responsible for leading the electrical engineering functions that support the development of innovative gaming platforms. This role involves managing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The manager will also mentor a team of engineers, optimize engineering processes, and contribute to the strategic planning of electrical engineering functions within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in electrical engineering, PC design, and testing.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering and PC board design.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for EMC and Safety.
• Basic knowledge of Matrix and SAP systems.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the gaming industry and regulations.
• Strong grasp of electrical engineering lifecycles and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering functions related to IGT's gaming platforms.
• Oversee one or more technical laboratories, including Safety and EMC.
• Assist the Hardware Engineering group in the design, development, and testing of gaming platforms.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Establish EMC and Safety test goals and objectives for assigned products.
• Contribute to project staffing estimates and monitor project status.
• Create testing and troubleshooting guidelines and adjust designs based on feedback.
• Communicate and enforce company guidelines for design, EMC, Safety, and testing.
• Mentor and develop electrical engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with Product Management and customers on compliance testing.
