The Non-Energy Billing Governance department is defining billing process standards and providing overall governance and oversight for non-energy billing. The Joint Utilities team manages joint pole ownership and tenant agreements with various utilities and other entities and ensures timely and accurate billing. The team also ensures compliance with the agreements set forth in the Northern California Joint Pole Association (NCJPA) and the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC). The Joint Utilities Manager leads and directs a team of supervisors, individual contributors and contractors who review pre and post construction joint use documents, facilitate resolution of disputes (called Form 7’s), and perform billing function for collection of amounts owed related to Joint Pole, Tenant and Owner-to-owner programs. In addition, the Manager supports the enterprise with joint use issues and other potential compliance issues. Incumbents foster a safe work culture and environment, ensuring that employees adhere to all company and regulatory safety policies, practices and requirements. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned location based on business need. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
