This is a remote position but requires monthly travel, including overnights. SHAZAM is looking for a Manager, EFT Solutions to join our team. In this position, you will market and sell services provided by SHAZAM, while also leading a team of Client Executives (CE).

Requirements

  • Strong track record in relationship management, data/analytics, contract negotiation, and sales are necessary
  • Experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Financial industry experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
  • Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, including some overnight travel to various locations.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license to drive on Company business and provide documentation of current personal auto insurance ($300,000 in personal liability coverage is required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategic SHAZAM relationship for clients and provide leadership to client executives while monitoring opportunity & accounts to ensure procedures support contract provisions and meet clients' strategic needs.
  • Assure that activity levels are conducive to retaining clients and engaging them actively in their relationship with SHAZAM.
  • Focus on and develop ideas and plans that support pipeline growth for client executives, managing clients along with leading the contract renewal process engaging leadership where needed.
  • Lead the team’s development of data and analytics skills, as well as the ability to communicate them to clients.
  • Execute one-on-one meetings to ensure development is individually appropriate and in keeping with team standards and goals.
