The YMCA of Greater New York Association Office is seeking a Manager, Donor Experience & Operations who will strengthen donor relationships and advance organizational goals by overseeing donor stewardship, data integrity, and operational excellence. This role manages stewardship communications, donor recognition, CRM data accuracy, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure a high-quality donor experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Three (3) - five (5) years of progressive experience in donor stewardship, fundraising operations, or nonprofit development.
Knowledge of donor stewardship practices, donor acknowledgment processes, and donor data management; CRM database.
Knowledge of gift entry processes.

Nice To Haves

Experience coordinating donor events and initiatives, generating complex fundraising reports and data insights, and building prospect profiles is a plus.
Knowledge of integrated fundraising and donor stewardship platforms is a plus.
Knowledge of donor giving analytics and stewardship best practices is a plus.
