Position Summary The Manager, Digital Strategy & Growth (Store Brands) is responsible for executing and optimizing Store Brands digital initiatives across eCommerce, Delivery Marketplace, and other channels. Partnering closely with the Senior Manager, this role translates digital strategy, governance, and priorities into high‑quality day‑to‑day execution, ensuring strong digital content, search performance, merchandising readiness, and accurate reporting. The Manager owns operational delivery across content updates, audits, testing support, promotional execution, and digital performance reporting. The Manager works cross‑functionally with Brand, Digital Merchandising, CMS/Tech, Analytics, and Marketing partners to ensure initiatives are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on time. In addition, this role provides execution‑level support for select marketing initiatives in the Healthcare category as well as other brand‑building or advocacy‑driven efforts—where they intersect with Store Brands priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience managing content workflows within PIM/DAM/CMS platforms such as Syndigo, STIBO, AEM, or similar systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining strong accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Analytical capability with experience supporting performance reporting, dashboards, and structured business reviews, including working with large data sets.
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear, concise, and actionable summaries, highlighting insights, risks, and opportunities.
  • Proficient in building executive‑ready decks and visual summaries (PowerPoint/Slides), clearly communicating performance results, insights, and next‑step recommendations to cross‑functional and leadership audiences.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to operate independently within defined strategic frameworks, escalating risks and opportunities appropriately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting digital marketing or digital commerce initiatives, including content development, optimization, and performance measurement.
  • Familiarity with digital content best practices across eCommerce or marketplace environments (e.g., copy, imagery, product attributes, enhanced content).
  • General understanding of digital optimization levers, such as search performance (SEO/on‑site search), content quality, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Experience supporting test‑and‑learn or continuous improvement efforts (e.g., pilots, holdouts, post‑analysis).
  • Exposure to cross‑functional strategic marketing initiatives or special programs beyond steady‑state execution.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Execution & Performance Optimization Own day‑to‑day management of digital content updates, audits, accuracy checks, and exception resolution across eCommerce and marketplace platforms.
  • Ensure Store Brands digital content meets quality, accuracy, and compliance standards prior to launch.
  • Execute Store Brands digital initiatives across search, enhanced content, digital merchandising, and promotions in alignment with Senior Manager‑defined strategy and priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional digital teams to support merchandising placements, promotional setup, and content readiness for priority initiatives.
  • Digital Operations, Tools & Workflow Support Execute digital content workflows across internal / external systems, including Syndigo, STIBO, AEM, Palantir, IMDASH, and related platforms, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Monitor exception reporting, content accuracy scoring, and workflow adherence, escalating systemic issues and improvement opportunities to the Senior Manager.
  • Support implementation of automation and process improvements by piloting new workflows, documenting processes, and providing execution feedback.
  • Maintain operational documentation, execution playbooks, and standards to support consistent digital delivery.
  • Reporting, Insights & Test Support Prepare recurring performance reports and dashboard inputs across digital sales, PTN, search visibility, content quality, and promotional performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing data review and analysis, surfacing insights to the Senior Manager and cross‑functional partners.
  • Support test‑and‑learn initiatives by executing pilots, coordinating holdouts, tracking results, and compiling post‑test readouts.
  • Translate insights into clear next‑step recommendations, including potential optimization actions, owners, and timing, to support informed decision‑making.
  • Strategic Marketing Growth Initiatives — Execution Support Support select strategic marketing growth initiatives (e.g., advocacy‑oriented, education‑led, sampling‑adjacent) requiring digital content, asset readiness, or measurement support — as directed by the Senior Manager.
  • Assist with external community activations and onboarding materials where applicable to SB priorities; ensure accuracy and claims alignment.
  • Coordinate digital + physical touchpoints (e.g., inserts, coupons, supplier assets) with attention to seasonality, relevance, and execution accuracy.
  • Provide succinct initiative readouts (engagement, participation, key learnings) to inform continuation or modification.
