KM3 Role Summary The Manager, Digital Portfolio Integration helps connect Global Digital Solutions (GDS) with internal business partners to ensure digital capabilities are aligned with enterprise priorities and effectively adopted. The role supports enterprise-wide integration by facilitating structured planning, governance, and communication between GDS and its stakeholders. Acting as a two-way advocate between business partners and digital teams, the role helps translate business priorities into capability needs while ensuring visibility into digital initiatives, dependencies, and readiness considerations across annual and quarterly planning cycles. The role also supports measurement and value realization across the Digital portfolio by defining and tracking objectives, key results (OKRs), and performance metrics. Through structured governance and reporting, the role improves transparency into digital initiatives and helps leadership understand the impact of digital capabilities. To support visibility and coordination, the role also governs GDS portfolio tracking practices across teams, ensuring tools such as Jira are consistently used to align work with GDS portfolio objectives, surface cross-team dependencies, and provide accurate roadmaps and performance metrics. While primarily focused on integration and governance, the role may also lead or support cross-functional digital project management when required. Facilitating cross-team collaboration, and robust project management practices to enhance effectiveness, and alignment across a complex portfolio of initiatives.
