About The Position

The Manager, eMarketing will lead the merchandising efforts for paid marketing across our Kitchen and Home brands, focusing on paid social, paid search, and remarketing campaigns. You will own merchandising for paid social and display ads, drive the development of a digital calendar to coordinate paid digital ads, including vendor-funded campaigns, and write clear and effective briefs outlining strategy and objectives. You will partner with the Creative team to ensure paid ads feature the most compelling and effective content. Additionally, you will oversee the stakeholder approval process, manage proofs, collect and consolidate feedback, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with the Creative team to ensure feedback is implemented. You will work closely with the Content team to create engaging CTV, YouTube, video retargeting, and paid social videos, and collaborate weekly with CRM and Analytics teams to analyze performance, explore new opportunities, and support the testing roadmap. You will also develop paid search sitelink and promo extension ads, collaborate with CRM and Merchandising teams to develop vendor-funded ads across various platforms, write promotional copy for display retargeting, manage display remarketing and retargeting programs, build paid social ads in Meta's Creative Hub, and oversee special projects.
