You are a strategic relationship -driven leader with experience managing digital health partners. You speak telehealth services, remote patient monitoring and health data analytics tools fluently and know how to align their capabilities with clinical, operational and enterprise goals.

Requirements

  • Bring your Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Business, IT, or a related field to a role where you can make a real impact (bonus points if you have a Master’s!).
  • Leverage your 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, digital health and/or vendor oversight to shape the future of how people access care.
  • Showcase your proven success in managing external partnerships and rolling out digital health solutions that improve experiences, outcomes and efficiency.
  • Apply your strong understanding of healthcare regulations, data privacy and interoperability standards to ensure our digital ecosystem is safe, compliant and forward‑thinking.
  • Use your exceptional communication, negotiation and project management skills to influence stakeholders at every level and drive initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Thrive in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative environment where cross‑functional teamwork and innovation are not just encouraged—they’re expected.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic integration of digital health vendors into care delivery and employee support models.
  • Manage and optimize performance across key partners, including but not limited to telemedicine, women’s and family health, musculoskeletal skeletal health, crisis network management and other digital member health partners and platforms.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration with clinical, IT and operational teams to ensure successful adoption and execution of digital health initiatives.
  • Evaluate vendor capabilities, monitor outcomes and guide continuous improvement and innovation in digital healthcare delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the digital health ecosystem and recommend new partnerships or technologies that advance organizational goals.
