Summary of Position The Manager, Digital Commerce & Retention supports revenue growth and customer engagement across Morphe’s digital commerce ecosystem, including Morphe.com and Amazon. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing digital commerce initiatives, retention marketing programs, and onsite experiences in partnership with internal teams, Tech, and external agencies. The ideal candidate is performance-minded, highly collaborative, and comfortable operating in an evolving environment—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to help build and scale Morphe’s digital commerce and retention capabilities.
