Products no longer compete only on physical shelves. Increasingly, retailer systems and algorithms determine what shoppers see, what qualifies for fulfillment, and what quietly disappears due to data errors, eligibility issues, or system misalignment. This role exists to protect and operate Tina’s digital shelf infrastructure . The Digital Commerce Operations Manager owns the accuracy, integrity, and readiness of Tina’s product data and digital shelf presence across retail platforms — ensuring products remain visible, eligible, and conversion-ready even when no advertising is running . This is a hands-on execution and systems role , not a marketing strategy or people-management position. This role requires prior hands-on experience supporting grocery or mass-retail digital shelf ecosystems; it is not designed as a training or apprenticeship role.
