About the Role As a Detection and Response Services Manager, you will serve as a front-line Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager, leading a team of analysts based in the Arlington, VA SOC. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day people leadership, operational coverage, and serving as an escalation point for both internal teams and customers. This role combines people management, operational leadership, customer engagement, and incident leadership in a 24x7x365 environment.
