Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
- 5-7 years Supply Chain Planning experience
- Financial management & business acumen skills
- Excellent communication (oral & written) skills
- Problem solving mindset, analytical skills
Nice To Haves
- SAP/ERP experience a plus
Responsibilities
- S&OP & Planning Leadership: Work with Sales/ Sales Planning, Merchandising, and leadership to generate calendar deadlines to support supply chain key milestones
- Review sales forecasts: In IBP tools and translate demand into actionable supply plans
- Production & Inventory Management: Manage the full production lifecycle from forecast to delivery
- Develop, monitor, and share: Ad hoc production and performance reports
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Costing, Sales Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance to close input gaps and drive alignment
