This role is responsible for building a seamless bridge of data and insight between customer buys and final product delivery. By collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Merchandising, you will ensure that our seasonal assortments are backed by data-driven forecasts. Our special programs, such as replenishment, are vital sales drivers; your success in aligning supply with demand is critical to achieving NAW financial plans. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience, preferably within the fashion, footwear, or luxury goods industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. An equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered.
  • Proven experience managing direct reports and developing talent within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data modeling) with the ability to turn data feeds into clear, actionable reports. Proficiency in NuOrder a plus.
  • Experience managing digital asset platforms and an understanding of how product data feeds into e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

  • Forecast Planning & Prep: Drive seasonal forecasting by aligning demand plans with merchandising strategies and product life cycles.
  • Product & SKU Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of SKUs
  • Proactive analysis to identify inventory needs and execution of reorder chase opportunities
  • Manage inventory through lifespan to evaluate unproductive inventory and identify solutions
  • Collection Curator Management: Utilize merchandising tools to ensure the right product mix is prioritized for the North American market.
  • Digital Asset Oversight: Oversee the synergy between physical product and digital presence, ensuring images and copy reflect merchandising standards for e-commerce accounts.
  • Strategic Bridge: Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Planning and JAX Operations to ensure accurate contract uploads and order maintenance.
  • Replenishment Strategy: Partner with Planning and Sales to implement and scale core product programs for leather goods and footwear, maintaining a target rate of turn and monitoring sku performance.
  • Sales System Leadership: Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of Wholesale Sales Management Systems (NuOrder/OOSR), ensuring they serve as effective tools for the sales team.
  • Dispo & Inventory Coordination: Manage ATS lists and inventory transfers, coordinating with Sales and Finance to meet margin requirements and shipping deadlines.
  • MTO File Management (WLG): Own the "Made to Order" master file, synthesizing customer buy data into actionable internal department buys.
  • RPAS Forecasting: Execute SKU-level forecasting by delivery period to ensure supply chain visibility.
  • Contract & PO Execution: Facilitate manual and EDI PO processes, ensuring 100% accuracy in the hand-off from Sales to Operations.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and socialize historical shipping and selling data to inform future seasonal merchandising buys.
  • Markdown Tracking: Monitor and report on markdowns to protect brand equity and departmental profitability.
