Creation Technologies is seeking a data-driven, revenue-focused Manager of Demand Generation & Growth Marketing to build and scale our pipeline generation engine. This leader will design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, paid media, events, and account-based initiatives to support business development teams across Aerospace & Defense, Medical Technology, and Industrial markets. This role is directly accountable for marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline contribution and works closely with Sales leadership to align marketing investments to revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience
  • Proven experience driving measurable pipeline impact
  • Experience working with Salesforce (or similar CRM)
  • Strong understanding of ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense preferred)
  • Experience in complex, long sales-cycle B2B environments
  • Analytical mindset with strong executive presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Demand & Pipeline Strategy Develop and execute integrated demand generation programs aligned to revenue targets
  • Own campaign planning, targeting, execution, and reporting
  • Partner with Sales to align on target accounts and vertical priorities
  • Drive account-based marketing initiatives
  • Digital & Performance Marketing Manage website optimization for conversion
  • Oversee paid media strategy (LinkedIn, search, retargeting)
  • Improve SEO performance in key verticals
  • Optimize lead capture and nurture flows
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics Partner with Sales Ops to align CRM and funnel reporting
  • Track marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline
  • Develop executive dashboards tied to revenue outcomes
  • Improve attribution and campaign ROI analysis
  • Event & Field Marketing Support Align trade shows and vertical events with lead capture and follow-up campaigns
  • Develop pre- and post-event nurture strategies
  • Ensure measurable ROI from event investments
  • Continuous Optimization Conduct A/B testing across channels
  • Refine ICP and segmentation models
  • Identify growth opportunities across vertical markets
