About The Position

The Manager, Dealer Oversight (Strategy, Onboarding and Buybacks) leads the onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing risk management of dealer partners. This role ensures strong controls at the point of entry and throughout the dealer lifecycle, balancing business growth with effective risk mitigation. Essential Functions Lead dealer onboarding operations, including application review, document verification, and approval decisioning. Establish and maintain onboarding standards, policies, and service level expectations (SLAs). Oversee dealer pipeline management to ensure high-quality submissions and efficient processing. Own dealer monitoring and early risk detection by identifying performance trends and potential risk signals. Manage buybacks and dealer remediation actions, including escalations and partner communication. Partner with Sales and partner-facing teams to support onboarding while maintaining risk discipline. Collaborate with Risk Analytics to incorporate dealer performance insights into monitoring and decisioning processes. Develop and enhance operational workflows, documentation standards, and onboarding procedures. Recruit, manage, and coach onboarding and operational analysts. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in related field, or commensurate work experience required 5 years of experience in risk operations, underwriting operations, or partner/dealer onboarding in financial services or fintech.2 years of people management experience leading investigators or case management teams. Experience managing dealer or merchant onboarding, underwriting workflows, or partner risk programs. Strong understanding of risk controls, documentation standards, and approval processes. Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and partner-facing teams in a high-growth environment. Proven ability to manage operational pipelines and maintain service level agreements (SLAs). SQL skills preferred, including the ability to query and analyze data. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, and use hands to handle or operate objects and controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds. This is an office-based position requiring extended periods of sitting. The employee will work on a computer approximately 90% of the time. Requirements
