Position Purpose: Manages the overall production support team and mentors the team of data engineers. Supports planning features, measuring outputs, and ensuring quality products. They will also derive analytical insights from a variety of business contexts and communicate those insights effectively to a variety of stakeholders. Lead a Production Support team responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving incidents for batch processes across 3 shifts Ensure consistent achievement of batch SLAs, timely incident resolution, high-quality service request handling, and accurate team timekeeping Serve as the primary escalation point for high-severity issues, ensuring clear communication and coordinated response Manages the planning, prioritization and execution of activities of team of data engineers Develops the standards and processes required to ensure the delivery of high-quality data products Manages and oversees the automation of key ETL / ELT (Extract / Transform / Load) and quality assurance (in collaboration with quality engineering team) processes for large volumes of data and migrations of workloads Performs and monitors data quality, integrity, standards, master data management Allocates available resources to meet operating objectives and provides team leadership, fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
