About The Position

As the Manager, Data Conversion you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Data Conversion Analysts at various levels. This role involves coordinating and supervising data conversion projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals. The manager will oversee data conversion processes from legacy systems to the desired platforms, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. They will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of conversion projects. Monitor project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies for team skill enhancement and process optimization. Ensure compliance with security guidelines and data protection policies during data conversion processes.

Requirements

proven track record of managing technical teams in a fast-paced environment
strong leader with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
extensive experience in data conversion, database management and project management
bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or industry-related experience managing technical professionals
strong communicator comfortable presenting in front of an audience
