About The Position

Manages a team of data analysts to execute rigorous data mining and statistically sound analytical methods to develop and report high quality actionable and quantitative information; drives effective and integrated business decision making, enable interpretation of performance trends, and identify new opportunities for process improvement and business intelligence. Coordinates with line and support functions to provide the analytical support to critical operational effectiveness initiatives and to identify new opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership / management experience, required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership to Data Analysis team members and supervisors by communicating and guiding toward achieving department objectives.
  • Develops, communicates, and builds consensus for goals in alignment with the health system.
  • Manages and coaches a team of Business Data Analysts; maintains and manages reporting platform ensuring reports developed and distributed on time.
  • Develops reports as needed using many data sources; leads development and implementation of new the health systems, tools, and processes for different programs.
  • Creates, implements, and manages processes to streamline project workflows.
  • Develops and executes presentations to senior leadership.
  • Ensures the organization and documentation of all data sets.
  • Is accountable for data management process awareness and compliance of staff (data governance).
  • Works with technology teams to ensure the automation of all processes and deployment of new technologies.
  • Monitors risk stratification as it relates to various care management programs.
  • Provides coaching, mentoring, and performance management for direct reports (when applicable); establishes goals, expectations, and accountabilities for staff.
