About The Position

CMI Media Group, a leading healthcare marketing agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Data Analytics to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of our cutting-edge data management products and services. You will lead by example, mentoring your team, fostering a collaborative environment, and driving innovation in how we leverage data to empower our clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5-7 years of experience working with secondary data for marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industries.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, set clear goals, delegate effectively, and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, working knowledge of SQL, and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or Tableau.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a desire to make a meaningful impact through data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our data management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables and exceptional client service.
• Oversee data processing, quality control, and delivery, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established protocols.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide expert consultation, and deliver tailored data solutions that exceed expectations.
• Identify and analyze market trends, research new data sources, and contribute to the development of innovative data products and services.
• Analyze and optimize team workflows, identify opportunities for increased efficiency and accuracy, and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
