About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on Customer Solutions Manager to lead our local Customer Solutions team while also owning key customer responsibilities. This is a working manager role—you’ll balance people leadership + individual execution to deliver a reliable, transparent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years’ relevant experience; strong preference for aerospace or highly regulated industry
  • Proven people leader with strong professional presence and executive-level communication
  • High sense of urgency, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Customer Solutions team; set expectations, coach performance, and build capability
  • Own the customer relationship and elevate the “voice of the customer” across the business
  • Drive fast, accurate communication and issue resolution—especially in high-visibility situations
  • Lead escape/crisis management when delivery or quality impacts customers, with timely updates and action plans
  • Standardize best practices, reporting, performance reviews, and quarterly business reviews
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Partner with Sales/BD on quoting, pricing inputs, profitability and capability analysis
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and export control regulations
