The Global Performance & Compensation Manager is the architect of the incentive structures for the Customer Support, Customer Success (CS), and Professional Services (PS) organizations. You will design, implement, and govern global compensation plans that align individual performance with company-wide goals (ARR retention, billable utilization, and CSAT). In this new position, you’ll be spearheading post sale operations initiatives and fostering strong stakeholder relationships globally. You will ensure that our global teams—across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC—are motivated to deliver world-class AECO solutions while maintaining strict fiscal discipline. You’ll work closely with Customer Experience Leadership, Post Sales Enablement, Finance, Sales and additional teams globally. This role will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, enhancing our compensation design and providing data-driving insights to support performance excellence and revenue growth.
