About The Position

The selected candidate must be located in Cincinnati, OH and be local to Kroger. This position is responsible for selling Frozen Prepared Poultry and Frozen Raw Poultry products to Kroger and Harris Teeter, with a focus on growing market share and maintaining strong relationships within these established accounts. The role partners closely with key stakeholders across the frozen grocery network to deliver volume and profitability goals while upholding Tyson’s high standards for product quality and customer service. This position is highly focused on analytics and execution, including forecasting and demand planning, evaluating promotional performance, and translating data into actionable strategies. The role also manages day-to-day customer interactions and contributes to overall account performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; broad knowledge in a general professional or technical field normally acquired through four years of college.
  • 5+ years of professional experience required.
  • Experience working with Kroger required
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong analytical skillset required, including forecasting, data analysis, and performance tracking

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Project management and strategic planning experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support product pricing and promotional programs aligned with customer strategy, market conditions, and profitability targets
  • Lead forecasting and demand planning efforts
  • Track performance against key metrics and business goals
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve business results
  • Support broker management by partnering with Empire and Acosta to ensure strong retail execution, clear communication of priorities, and alignment on performance expectations
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Insights, Revenue Management, Supply Chain, and Retail Execution to achieve AOP sales and profitability goals
