We are seeking a team-orientated, outcomes driven project manager with an interest in culture change and creating an inclusive workplace. The Manager, Culture & Inclusion will report to the Vice President, Culture & Inclusion Program Management to execute projects and programs in support of Prudential’s global Culture & Inclusion priorities. You will have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, an ability to influence senior stakeholders, operating effectively across a highly matrixed organization, and provide change management support in collaboration with the Culture & Performance Advisors. If you are intellectually curious, an effective communicator, and energized by shaping culture at scale, this role is an excellent fit. The current employee work arrangement for this position is hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.
