About The Position

HF Sinclair is seeking a Manager, Crude Oil Contracts and Pricing in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will manage all duties associated with contract management and administration, pricing, daily maintenance and administration of systems of record (SAP, Trafxs, other) for Crude Supply team and supporting HF Sinclair refineries.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of job-related work experience with 2 years in a lead role or 10 years’ experience in contract management and administration is required.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
Must perform as a technical advisor in implementation of new and existing processes.
Ability to stay abreast of new technology and legal developments and processes is essential.
Advanced reading and writing skills.
The ability to perform intermediate level mathematical calculations.
Working knowledge of Microsoft products and experience with SAP software is required.
The ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written communication.
Advanced Critical and Entrepreneurial Thinking.
Good interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

Manages and administers all contracts for purchase, sale and transportation of crude oil
Integrates and manages assigned business area in SAP System
Manages Trafxs function and any successor system
Manages contract administration system including Master Data
Develops standards for crude purchase agreements, including letter agreements, master agreements, general terms and conditions, transportation agreements, other logistics agreements and any other agreements related to the purchase and sale of crude oil or natural gas.
Collaborates with Legal to develop and negotiate standard contract terms.
Ensures supply function is compliant with SOX
Ensures timely and accurate data input, contract storage, retention and management
Manages annual budget for Crude and Natural Gas Supply department, tracks expenses and manages cost centers.
Manages pricing data and calculates crude oil pricing for contract settlement, using broker, MarketView and other data sources.
Collaborates with front, middle and back office functions including Legal, Accounting, Audit, Trading, IT and Procurement
Assists HR in rolling out programs and distributing information
Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their superior, as determined from time to time in their sole and complete discretion.
