The Manager, Salesforce, is responsible for the successful operation, strategic direction, and ongoing enhancement of Pew’s Salesforce platform. This role ensures the platform aligns with organizational priorities, supports stakeholder engagement, and drives adoption of emerging technologies to meet business needs. This position requires initiative, independent judgment, and the ability to manage technical operations and projects across programmatic and operational areas. This position is based in Pew’s Washington, DC office and reports to the Director, Application Operations, Information Technology. This position participates in Pew’s hybrid work program with core days in the office and the flexibility to telework the remaining days. Staff also enjoy four telework “flex weeks” per year.
