Manages education provider program operations and provides users’ support for National Apartment Association Education Institute’s (NAAEI’s) credentialing and education programs. Supports NAAEI credentialing processes, such as client application, issuance of credential, and administration of renewals, following policies, procedures and quality assurance measures. Manages the operations of the corporate, workforce development, college and university and national training programs to enable affiliates, partners and member companies to deliver NAAEI credentials to members and employees. Supports education programs by creating and implementing registration systems and maintaining website updates.
