About The Position

Purpose of Role The Audio Marketing Operations Department exists to drive profitable growth by translating deep understanding of short and long-term products and marcomm strategies across YCA and YCJ into scalable, high-impact marketing operations. Through execution and continuous improvement, the team designs and runs efficient operating models that balance speed and quality. Key Accountabilities Include Ensure projects and assets deliver business impact Ensure achievement of department KGIs and KPIs Ensure the strategic direction of Audio aligned with YCJ Ensure a climate that attracts, engages, inspires, and develops team members

Requirements

  • Experience working with external agencies
  • Experience with multi-media, graphic design, production, and software
  • Experience with SCORM
  • Experience with Tridion and Magento, including the ability to update and publish pages safely
  • Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Budget management
  • Proficiency with MS Office Tools
  • Accessibility: Design and develop websites and content that people with disabilities can use
  • Business Acumen: Understand how the business works, including how YCA makes money and achieves goals

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years working with content creation: video, email, print, web, LMS and 3+ years working with external agencies
  • Experience working for or with a Japanese organization
  • Experience with CRM, ESP, and CDP tools for email campaigns
  • Familiarity with SEO and WCAG best practices
  • Familiarity with AI to enhance efficiency and scalability in operations
  • Experience in similar roles within audio product categories for both consumer and professional markets
  • Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
  • People management

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate creative projects with external marketing/ad agencies
  • Manage and secondarily create in-house and agency creative assets: Video, Print, Web Design, E-mail, Interactive e-Learning
  • Coordinate with YCJ marketing teams to ensure global asset alignment
