As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Creative Manager to lead integrated creative execution across channels and elevate our brand presence. Your Impact As the Creative Manager, you will shape how our brand is experienced across print, digital, and in-store touchpoints. You’ll lead the development and execution of creative assets that support promotional, brand, merchandising, and internal initiatives—ensuring every deliverable is on-brand, high-quality, and delivered on time. You’ll manage a talented creative team while partnering closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, HR, and other internal stakeholders. From big-picture creative strategy to hands-on execution, your work will directly influence brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required.
  • 10+ years of experience in creative, design, or marketing production, including 7+ years in a creative leadership or direction role.
  • Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution—on time and on budget.
  • Strong understanding of print, digital, and in-store creative production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Creative Strategy: Develop and execute integrated creative strategies for promotional campaigns, sales events, sponsorships, in-store signage, digital marketing, and special projects.
  • Translate Strategy into Creative: Turn business objectives into clear, actionable creative briefs that drive brand consistency, customer engagement, and measurable results.
  • Champion Brand Standards: Establish, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Lead & Develop the Team: Hire, coach, and mentor a team of creative professionals, balancing strategic direction with hands-on design leadership when needed.
  • Manage Workflow & Execution : Oversee project intake, prioritize workloads, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution across both planned initiatives and fast-turn requests.
  • Review & Elevate Creative Output: Review, approve, and present creative work, providing constructive feedback to ensure quality, accuracy, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate Across the Business: Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Pricing, Store Operations, HR, Legal, and Executive Leadership to align creative priorities with company objectives.
  • Manage External Partners : Work with agencies and print vendors to oversee file preparation, proofing, production standards, and final approvals.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Monitor brand performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to inform creative direction and optimization.
  • Maintain Operational Excellence: Ensure organized asset management, version control, documentation standards, and oversee creative production budgets and invoice tracking.
