We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Manager, Creative Operations to lead the workflow for all digital and social assets, ensuring an omni-channel approach. This fast-paced, high-volume role is central to our campaign and always-on content initiatives, requiring a strategic and detail-oriented leader. You will manage the entire creative lifecycle from brief to delivery, ensuring team alignment and timely execution. This involves close collaboration with global creative, marketing, social, and e-commerce teams on both always-on content and integrated omni-channel campaigns across e-commerce, social media, and paid media. Key responsibilities include facilitating creative content development and review, ensuring successful design implementation across all digital channels. You will be instrumental in developing streamlined workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and driving stakeholder alignment to ensure efficient, on-brand, and on-schedule creative output. As the primary operational liaison between the creative team, cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, the ideal candidate will possess robust project management expertise and a deep understanding of creative operations in the digital world.
