About The Position

As a Manager in Creative Account Management, you will be responsible for the execution of integrated creative campaigns and design projects, delivering against marketing objectives and business needs. This role will lead multiple lines of business and creative campaigns at once, focused on integrated thinking, creative strategy, problem solving, cross functional collaboration and campaign execution. You will lead the work from creative brief development and kickoff, through rounds of reviews with the working team, partners, and leadership, strategically navigating business pressures and partner needs. This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in fast-paced client-facing role in agency or marketing department
  • 5+ years managing creative campaign strategies and execution across all media channels
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative campaigns across multiple lines of business (ex. Brand, Promotional, Best Buy Ads partners, Categories, etc) with varying business needs
  • Drive cross functional thinking and collaboration, partnering with internal/external teams to deliver on business needs with creative solutions, on time and budget
  • Develop campaign briefs; lead creative strategy considering channel needs, brand consistency, media strategy, and deliverables
  • Review and provide feedback on the work, ensuring it delivers on the brief
  • Lead kickoffs, creative reviews, communication and coordination with internal business and creative teams and external partners (creative agencies and/or vendor partners), navigating feedback and the impacts on customer experience and partner objectives
