Reporting to the VP of Store Planning Americas, the Cost Control Manager plays a key role in the financial oversight of retail planning & construction projects across North America for Tiffany & Co. Partnering closely with Project Managers, Real Estate, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role drives disciplined budget management, accurate forecasting, contract review, and cost risk mitigation across new store openings, renovations, and capital projects. While collaborating with a broader cost control team, the Manager is directly responsible for ensuring financial rigor and transparency across their assigned portfolio. Strategic yet hands-on, this individual balances brand ambition with commercial discipline. They bring strong analytical capability, operational precision, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, working seamlessly with both central and local teams to protect investment, manage risk, and deliver projects in line with financial expectations.
